This is a sample timeline for singers/composers looking to create a similar project to my 2020 Call for Proposals. I commissioned an entire recital worth of new repertoire and this is my ideal timeline for such a project. This page was created as a resource for my Sample Curriculum.
1/20/24 Performance
12/1/23 Final Music Delivered for Music Learning/Coaching/Memorization/etc
11/1/23 Final Drafts Delivered with time for feedback/revision requests
8/1/23 Contracts for Commissions Signed
7/15/23 Text Permissions Secured and Commission Contracts Sent Out to Composers
6/15/23 Texts Agreed Upon and Permission Requests Sent Out to Copyright Holders
6/1/23 Proposal Winner(s) Chosen

Ensemble: piano & voice; added electronics/fixed media/etc.
Suggested fee range for composers to work within. This gives the composers an idea of what you are able to offer.
